No Phone?????

people have been telling me I needed a new phone for years (literally)

I've had the same one for about 4 years, and finally a button is starting to not work, so I picked out a new phone and my mom took mine to work so she can get it deactivated

the new one, to my knowledge, has no camera =)

I mean, I'm simple. I wanna be able to text and call people

I have an Ipod, so no need for music

I have a camera, so no need for pictures

I have a laptop, so no need for internet

those people who have their whole life on their phone, where is the fun in that?

and I hate how thin everything is getting

I mean, for my Nano, it was so thin it would slip through my fingers. I needed a case (to attach my lanyard to) and to just to fatten it up a bit so I could hold it

I had the best bot meeting yesterday. cuz we just kinda met to sign the card for Mr. Pepper and discuss field trips, so we were done within the hour. with 2 hours of hanging with Ninja. he came in to the room and we just grinned :D
I have a few things to add to my paragraph:
he like proportions and to make up theorems and is bad at easy math

okay I haven't made a theorem, but I love proofs from geometry

so anyway, we played baseball with a pyramid ^_^ Jak seemed like I wanna talk to Quincy, but he gave up.

Knitting, part 2

that seems close to how far I am. my grandma walked in, saw me knitting, and was like ????

I am soooo mad cuz the government said that teeth are considered blood so I cannot keep them like what is up with that? I thought this was a free country! I do appreciate what freedom we have, and I know teeth are a stupid thing to make a fuss over *rolls eyes* but aren't they mine? so therefore, the government should not be able to say I can't keep em and make a necklace out of them. *sigh*

still get excited over things Squall does, like soccer (but Ninja likes it ^_^) and the Apalachia trip.

band seems like it might make it *cross fingers* the lady is super nice and energetic and hard to say no to :-)

now I think Ninja is very sweet, but I didn't think of him as a boyfriend cuz of Squall and he seemed to like Leah. but Ninja never denied it

he saw something in my journal that Nathaniel wrote (I love Squall) curses!

so I null and voided it

cuz how many guys do you meet who eat lemons and ketchup and whole sugar packets and are glad you are smart and will bowl for you and cheer you on and say you're too nice to kill a desk and stand close and be proud of being on the bots team and be smart in his own right and always say you're stronger than him and loves your journal and calls you magic and like rides you like better than rollercoasters and likes the band and can goof off with you and jumps up and down like a little kid with you and writes secret messages to you (said hi Quincy!) and and and and likes legos and is super fast ( we race) and plays soccer and is a lefty and knows ninja code and says witty things and likes the Steelers and Penguins and apparently has sparkly eyes while I'm around. whew! plus his mom is super nice

the little kids stole my swing, car, and horse ect

then we went to a water park

I burned my poor feet raw on the boardwalk

and they all went on a water slide without me. so I spent like a half hour in the kiddie pool

though that was kinda fun with Journal

anyway I spent the rest of the day laying around with my Aunt

I mean that's cool and everything

and then the resturant

none of the food was any good. and I was starving and cold

what took the cake (LoL) was literally the cake

cuz I wanted chocolate, and if not, then vinilla ice cream

and by the time they figured that out, the ice cream was gone

so that's when I cried

but no one thought oh she had a bad day

they all thought I was upset over cake

plus everyone was comforting me and someone gave up their cake so I cried even more

and I cried cuz it was stupid to be crying

and when I got home I couldn't take a shower and I was running out of everything left and right

and cuz my iPod wouldn't stay plugged in

I still have not caught up on sleep
and I'm still upset

I don't wanna have to explain why I'm crying to people who honestly don't get me anyway

I miss my friends soo bad

cuz I mean, family is related by blood

but friends stick together cuz they want to

I love my family, but I wanna hear Lily say "Quincy!" all huffy and then offer to beat up the paper towel dispenser or Nathaniel pout at me or me and Penny share suffering stories

cuz I've complained to him a couple times and he just like says don't worry

I think if something bad is happening to someone we love, we come up with other things to worry about. not because we don't wanna worry about them, but we don't want to think about the bad things. we can handle "I'm freezing" but we can't handle "they have cancer" per se
Idk when I found out about Mr. Pepper I just sat and thought about how great he was and all he taught me and how unfair it is that people don't respect him
and spent a lot of time hiding that I knew it, saying nothing was wrong
my other grandpa died a long time ago from cancer, and he loved cars and the pirates
sometimes I like to think that he'd be a lot like Mr. Pepper
I like to think he'd love to hear about all the stuff we do at bots and wonder what he'd think of Squall and Samuel and everything

it was so funny and Pong went on to point out that if you have a low self of steam, it turns to water

so many people have a problem w/ their self of steam, so here's a tip: ignore what the media and culture want you to be. there! your self of steam will increase by.....1000000000000000 points ^_^

went to Jazz Band, and listened to Apple Jack and Mr. Jazz discuss the Penguins

went to the dentist for my 6 month checkup. they had lost this lady's crown! (but she has bad luck) so anyway long story short

so they put you to sleep to do it, and then they medicate you so much you act crazy and you can't feel your mouth or talk and you have to eat jello and during all of this the guy I like called me and couldn't understand me and I don't remember anything I said

I got a shirt from a store one day. it's black and features a rainbow guitar, and that is why it caught my eye. but the coolest thing about it is it's for the 40th anniversary of Woodstock, which is this year. looking up the people who performed, I actually reconized some names: Jimmi Hendrix and The Who.
see Jimmi Hendrix was a left handed guitarist, and Bob told me about him
one day at bots Squall was strumming on his guitar and I said
"I wanna learn how to play the guitar just like Timmi Hendrix!"
it was so funny even Squall laughed.
and my friend Jimmy loves The Who.
surprisingly, I knew more bands who didn't play at the concert: The Doors, Jethro Tull, the Moody Blues, Bob Dylan, and Led Zeppelin
Jethro Tull is sooo cool, cuz they use flute
but anyway
so I was wearing my shirt and my favorite green and white stripped one underneath and all my bracelets and argyle socks and my star shoes plus my dark jeans to go to pick up my sis from this school, and I saw ALL these kids from my school's basket ball team
plus I was carrying my journal
the weirdest thing was, Ron was there for his younger brother, and talking to them was Squall's little brother, Leon! oh and his dad
they both saw me
Leon stared at me like I was a little dork (he towers over me and Squall)
but his dad had this look on his face like oooo Squall would like that shirt
I bet he would.....

had Band practice today
Apple Jack (plays trumpet, trombone, piano......ect) came over to me, pointed at my flute and said "shiny, could I?"
so I handed it to him
he put his fingers on the keys and pretended to play
"you can play it I'm not sick"
"Yay!"
have you ever heard of Greg Pattillo? type beatboxing flute Peter and the Wolf into You Tube
well Jack Apple can beatbox on the flute. he is really good ^_^
at winterguard I met a guy named Wallace who acted all regal like you'd expect

Rubbings with a Pencil (Jan 25th, 2008)

doesn't it remind you of little pencils you find on the floor and pity because their owner thought they were useless?

I didn't really understand what they meant by rubbings, so I shaded instead

Breakfast--> Lily said Tiger Soul is furious with me for telling Samuel.....

I showed Samuel Sparky, and "you traced it" "I did not" well it must be good huh?

and oddly enough he pointed out my smudges where I messed up like he was trying to prove I had drawn it....

spanish--> We are working on a worksheet. I am so depressed

then Bob says "what the heck is a novio?"

and I just burst out laughing. I cried and sobbed and laughed into the desk

"Quincy are you having a heart attack??" Bob exclaimed
I look up, and see Squall staring at me, a smile playing around his face, then I put my head back down and continued laughing

"Ray! Quincy won't stop laughing!" Bob yelled across the room

"Jupiter, can you tell me what a novio is?"

Jupiter paws through a dictionary, humming

"a boyfriend"

(I think it was how Bob said it, and that he said heck, and I was so depressed I turned crazy that made me laugh so hard, and perchance it was the fact that I didn't have one Idk)

so I finally calmed down

"Quincy, what did YOU have for breakfast?"

"nothing" (I cannot eat too early)

"it must have been pure sugar"

drew Samuel as a penguin, a spider, and started on Millie, a millipede that was murdered by Ron even though Bob and I pleaded with him not to (me cuz he's cute, Bob cuz girls would scream)

so now Millie is a ghost.

I flipped through my passport "um....Monday or Tuesday"

Squall stared at me until our eyes met, and said thank you

the Journal activity of the day was to scratch a page with a sharp, pointy object. I used my compass

chemistry--> so mad because Squall just sat there and Mr. Pepper gave him a mole dollar

I answered everything and thought outside the box and he didn't give me anything
Lunch--> well poor Samuel has no lunch and seemed sickly and shaking today as he ran to buy something and they were all out of food so he had pretzels. he ate them 5 at a time, and Lily yelled at him and we are going to end up fighting and it won't be pretty.

Crack the Spine! (Jan 14th, 2008)

in my town, our roads are a mess ^_^

the midterm was hard, his tests and the hardest I have ever taken.

Write Your Name in White (Jan 7th, 2008)

I wish we had this in winter

if you were to flip through a brand new WTJournal, you would see an inside cover page, the copyright page, a warning page, and finally a page that tells you to write your name in white ink. I used a white colored pencil, but seriously, why do they exist? you usually use white paper to draw on. anyway, on to my day:

Tutoring--> run by Senorita. I tutor Lizzy, Sharpay, Olive, and Marty for chemistry

I was helping them do the bonus problem, and Sharpay was telling me I was doing it wrong *rolls eyes*

I also talked to Jimmy, can't remember why.

spanish--> was the most interesting class today. also was Ian's birthday
Nathan gave me some flash cards (he was supposed to) but then said he didn't

we were doing this memory game, and I was second to last. then you had to call on the last person, who was, you guessed it, Squall.

his eyes seemed to absorb me as I looked at him, looked down and mumbered "oh Squall"

My first iPod! (Jan 6th, 2008)

yes, I got my first iPod recently. it had a moving hardrive inside and weighed alot (Max called it a brick) but it was awesome cuz I could have all my music in one place. I had a couple Harry Potter CDs, Chicken Little, my band songs (movie themed from freshman year) and that was about it. I remember listening to Mr. Right Now by the Poverty Neck Hillbillies since Ben had been in the music video. I also had a lot of flute music. Plus Simple and Clean and My Sanctuary and Dearly Beloved from Kingdom Hearts. I was a dork like I said.

sad.....the Steelers lost to Jacksonville, 31 to 29. we had be leading in the 4th quarter! so Im all torn up about it. Mike Tomlin did so well as a first year coach. next year, as always, I say we are going to the Super Bowl and win 2. (okay now you might not believe me cuz they won and you're like, you're just saying that now. well, Im gonna say here and now that the Steelers are going to win the Super Bowl NEXT year. hah.)

we have a nun at my school named Sister Polly. Oh my, she is so crabby most of the time, but if you lived all alone* in the friary you'd be crabby 2. *(there may be ghosts there so maybe she isn't all alone) anyway, she steals our lunch tables, so me and Samuel had to share with some freshmen (we don't eat together, we sit together in the morning) he wanted to throw journal away!!!!

chemistry--> is taught by a nice old man, Mr. Pepper. (it's odd that he likes to drink Dr. Pepper isn't it?)

"now, what are some elements that have different names than their chemical symbol. yes Squall?"

"Potassium. it's symbol is K"

"did we get them all? oh Quincy?"

"Oh yeah. I forgot that one. hmm I wonder what Pb stands for. do you know Quincy?"

I shrugged but I knew. its the latin for lead, or plumbum. but was I gonna tell him that and how obessed I am with it? no.

the only other thing of note is that Mr. X (coolest literature teacher, name is too hard to pronounce) wanted to know why I like Concert Band better than literature.

Fly down the Steps! (Jan 2nd, 2008)

cool aren't they? so I was reading Children of the Lamp: the Day of the Djinn Warrior and learned chinese for zombie (wu wan ZI!) and creature (Dong ZI!) it's a great book (well the whole series is) cuz you learn about all different cultures and Djinn (genies) and ancient stuff and Idk I'm a dork. I slid my journal down our steps (they certainly aren't as pretty as those steps) and had fun. school tomorrow! iyay!

Mad at the Steelers (December 30th, 2007)

the steelers lost to baltimore today! I know they're in the playoffs and everything, but still! (that's all for today.)

The Terrible Towel (keep in mind, this is December 2007)

Today I hid my journal under my Terrible Towel. Anyway we painted the Winterguard floor (huuuuuuuge tarp that cover the gym floor and reflect the show the winterguard is doing) today, and talked about how fast Christmas came and went. See, I was in the Marching Band, and we had a wonderful year (even getting 1st! we were tiny but we won and it was awesome! it made the year go fast cuz we kept winning) I got my flute, Amealia, back today, and boy is she SHINY!!!! We also went to the official preview show for winterguard (my sis, Zaira, is in it) and showed Annie and her mom my journal they loved him. Finally, I watched part of the Giants game. oh they were beating the Partiots and they lost!! I'd throw my journal on the floor at every bad call LoL. Cheered on Plaxico cuz he used to be a Steeler.
